This page tells you what personal data Thistle Finch Distilling LLC (Triage Spirits) collects on triagespirits.com, why, and who gets it.

What we collect

• Orders: your name, email, phone number, delivery address, the products you order, and your confirmation that you are 21 or older.
• Account: if you make an account, your name, email, phone number, saved addresses and your password (we keep only a secure hash of it). The same account works on the other sites of Thistle Finch Distilling.
• Payment: Stripe takes your card details. We do not see or keep your full card number.
• Email list and forms: the email and the other details that you send us.
• Site use: cookies that keep your cart and your sign-in, and the cookies of the ad tags below.

Why we use it

We use your data to fill and deliver your order, to collect sales tax, to send order and account emails, to answer your questions, and to prevent fraud. If you join our email list, we send you news and offers. Every email has a link to unsubscribe.

Who gets it

• Stripe, to take the payment.
• ShipStation, UPS and FedEx, to ship the order.
• Brevo, to send our emails and keep our email list.
• Cloudflare, to run the site and to stop bots (Turnstile).
• Meta and Google, to measure our ads. Their tags record visits and purchases. For a purchase we send a hashed (coded) copy of your email, phone number, name, city and ZIP code, so that the ad platform can match it. You can block these tags with the privacy settings of your browser.

We do not sell your personal data.

How long we keep it

We keep order records for as long as the tax and liquor laws require. We keep your account until you ask us to delete it.

Your choices

Email us to see, correct or delete your data, or to close your account. Use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email to leave the list.
