Terms of sale

These terms apply to orders on triagespirits.com. Triage Spirits is a brand of Thistle Finch Distilling LLC, a licensed Pennsylvania distillery at 420 W. Grant Street, Lancaster, PA 17603 ("we", "us"). When you place an order, you agree to these terms.

Age

You must be 21 or older to buy from this site. At checkout you confirm that you are 21 or older. The person who receives a shipped order, or who picks up an order, must be 21 or older and show a valid government photo ID.

Who can order

• We ship to Pennsylvania addresses only. We do not ship to PO boxes.
• Orders are for personal use, not for resale. Bars, restaurants and stores can open a wholesale account.
• Bottles sell in boxes of 12. Mix any bottles, but the total must be a multiple of 12.

Prices, tax and shipping

• Prices are in US dollars, for each bottle.
• We add Pennsylvania sales tax at checkout, by the delivery address: 6%, 7% in Allegheny County, 8% in Philadelphia. Pickup orders pay 6%.
• Shipping is a flat $20 for each order, for any number of boxes. Pickup at the distillery is free.

Payment

We take card payments through Stripe. We do not see or keep your full card number. We charge your card when you place the order. The charge shows on your statement as TFD* TRIAGESPIRITS.

Our right to cancel

We can cancel an order and refund the full amount if a product is sold out, if a price on the site is wrong, if we cannot confirm the age of the buyer, or if we cannot ship to the address. We tell you by email.

Law

The laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania apply to these terms and to each sale.
