Shipping and returns

Where we ship

We ship to Pennsylvania addresses only. We do not ship to PO boxes. Shipping is a flat $20 for each order, for any number of boxes.

Adult signature

We ship by UPS or FedEx Ground with Adult Signature Required. A person who is 21 or older must be at the delivery address to sign for the package. The driver checks a valid government photo ID: a driver’s license, a US passport, a state ID or a military ID. The carrier does not leave the package at the door.

If no one who is 21 or older is there, the carrier tries again or holds the package for pickup. If the carrier sends the package back to us, we refund the order less the $20 shipping fee.

When it ships

We usually ship within 2 business days. Ground delivery in Pennsylvania usually takes 1 to 3 business days. We email the tracking number when the order ships.

Free pickup

Choose pickup at checkout and collect the order at the distillery: 420 W. Grant Street, Lancaster, PA 17603. We email you when the order is ready. Bring a valid government photo ID. The person who picks up the order must be 21 or older.

Cancel an order

To cancel an order before it ships or before you pick it up, email us with the order number. We refund the full amount to your card.

Damaged or wrong items

If a bottle arrives broken, or you get the wrong product, email us within 7 days of delivery with the order number and a photo. We send a replacement or refund that bottle.

Returns

We cannot take back spirits after delivery or pickup, except for damaged or wrong items as above.

Refunds

Refunds go back to the card that paid. Your bank can take 5 to 10 business days to show the refund.
